SAMPLING (Sample Preparation)
CAD System
We use the Gerber system, which includes 8 terminals and 1 nester marker program.
Our equipment includes:
1 plotter,
Automatic carton cutter,
Figure table,
DCS1500 model cutter.
Sample Preparation
All samples are prepared in the sampling room.
The preparation time for samples is approximately 10 days.
Machinery
Our company has 35 sewing machines dedicated to sample production.
